The same echelle optics in a 60 cm body, with solid-state plasma, nearly half the power and startup under 10 minutes.

PlasmaQuant 9200 ICP-OES combines 400 mm optics, 27 MHz solid-state generator, 0.002 nm Elite resolution and 2500 VA use.

PlasmaQuant 9200 is the compact current-generation ICP-OES for up to 75 elements. Its 400 mm double echelle retains 160–900 nm, over 43,000 lines and the 9100 series' detection limits; Elite resolves 0.002 nm at 200 nm.

A 27 MHz nearly center-grounded solid-state plasma replaces the tube generator without a plasma shield. Power drops from 4600 to 2500 VA and weight from 170 to 115 kg; the 60 cm body saves about 40% bench area. Ready time is under ten minutes. Minimum plasma argon is 7.5 L/min, and recirculating counter gas allows axial view without additional argon.
