PlasmaQuant MS Elite S

Optimized signal-to-noise ratio for ultratrace analysis and purity control, including semiconductors.

PlasmaQuant MS Elite S combines 700 million uranium counts per ppm with low background for ultratrace and purity testing.

PlasmaQuant MS Elite S is a specialized model combining high sensitivity with the range's best signal-to-noise ratio. Its target applications are ultratrace analysis and material purity control, including semiconductor manufacturing.

Uranium-238 sensitivity of 700 million counts per ppm falls between the Q and Elite. Low-mass background is below 0.7 counts per second, as on the Q and below the Elite; the uranium-238 detection limit is 0.006 ng/L.

It uses the shared 27 MHz solid-state Eco Plasma platform with less than 9 L/min argon consumption, ReflexION ion optics, an iCRC helium/hydrogen collision/reaction cell and an 11-order dynamic-range detector. Pro Cones and an oil-free backing pump are included.
