SPECORD 200 PLUS

Classic full double-beam UV-Vis for daily work with a fixed 1.4 nm slit.

SPECORD 200 PLUS spans 190–1100 nm, scans up to 12,000 nm/min and reaches ±0.003 A visible accuracy.

SPECORD 200 PLUS is a classic Analytik Jena double-beam UV-Vis with a single monochromator and fixed 1.4 nm slit. Unlike Split Beam 50 PLUS, fully separate sample and reference paths compensate long-term drift, useful for kinetics and dissolution testing.

It shares 190–1100 nm range, ±0.1 nm wavelength accuracy, up to 12,000 nm/min scanning, ±0.003 A visible photometric accuracy and at most 0.0001 A baseline noise with the 50 PLUS. Two uncooled photodiodes detect light. Choose 210 PLUS for adjustable slits, 1200 nm reach and cooled detectors, or 250 PLUS for the lowest stray light from a double monochromator.

USP/Ph. Eur. validation and a 21 CFR Part 11 module are optional. It accepts the series' cell-compartment accessories.
