SPECORD 210 PLUS

The series’ broadest 185–1200 nm range with 0.2–4 nm variable slit and Peltier-cooled detectors.

SPECORD 210 PLUS combines 185–1200 nm reach, 0.2/0.5/1/2/4 nm slits and automatic wavelength calibration.

SPECORD 210 PLUS is a double-beam UV-Vis with variable slit and the broadest wavelength range in the series. Its 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 nm slits allow narrow spectral lines, rare-earth solutions, solids and resolution-controlled pharmacopoeial methods while wider settings improve weak-signal throughput.

Only this model spans both deep UV to 185 nm and near-IR to 1200 nm. Peltier-cooled photodiodes reduce dark-current drift at range limits, and wavelength calibration is automatic. Stray light at 340 nm is at most 0.01% T, half that of 50/200 PLUS.

Like the range, it scans to 12,000 nm/min with ±0.003 A visible accuracy and at most 0.0001 A baseline noise. USP/Ph. Eur. validation and 21 CFR Part 11 are optional.
