Bruker NMR platform from 300 to 1200 MHz with Ascend magnets, cryoprobes, helium recovery and sample automation.

AVANCE spans 300–1200 MHz with Ascend superconducting magnets, 10 K CryoProbe cooling and 80–85% HelioSmart helium recovery.

AVANCE is the platform behind Bruker's high-resolution NMR spectrometers rather than a single instrument. Each system combines a magnet, console, probe and automation matched to the task.

Ascend superconducting magnets cover proton frequencies from 300 to 1200 MHz; the GHz-class systems at the top of this range have a separate catalog entry. The control console uses AVANCE NEO electronics, now available as AVANCE NEO-X.

CryoPlatform cools CryoProbe receiver coils and preamplifiers to around 10 K. Lower thermal noise raises signal-to-noise ratio severalfold without moving to a higher-field magnet. HelioSmart Recovery returns a typical 80–85% of helium according to Bruker, while BNL and BSNL nitrogen liquefiers are available.

SampleCase and SampleJet automate sample handling. Field strength, bore diameter, probe set and automation are chosen for each project. NMR magnet room planning must be agreed with the manufacturer in advance.
