Bruker AvanceCore offers two RF channels, below 0.005 Hz frequency resolution, 365-day helium hold time and 24- or 60-position automation.

AvanceCore is Bruker's cost-conscious NMR platform, priced comparably to an LC-MS system according to the manufacturer. It is a full two-channel 400 MHz spectrometer rather than a simplified benchtop device.

The console provides two RF channels, 12.5 ns time resolution, frequency resolution below 0.005 Hz and a standard digital deuterium lock. Typical hold times are 365 days for helium and 16 days for nitrogen, making helium service annual.

The standard 5 mm probe supports ¹H, ¹⁹F, a broadband channel and ²H lock with a 50 G/cm Z gradient. Foundation has no autosampler; Select and Convenience add configuration options, with a 24-position autosampler on Convenience and 60 positions optional.

IconNMR handles routine open-access measurements: users queue samples and the instrument runs them without an operator. Features are enabled by subscription.
