D6 PHASER

Floor-standing XRD methods in a benchtop system weighing at most 160 kg.

D6 PHASER supports reflection, transmission, grazing incidence, reflectometry, stress and texture with ±0.01° alignment.

D6 PHASER brings powder, thin-film, stress and texture XRD to a benchtop instrument. Its θ/θ goniometer keeps the specimen horizontal, with guaranteed alignment of ±0.01° 2θ. Internal cooling serves 600 or 1200 W generators. PHI 1D and BRAGG2D modes use SSD160-2 or LYNXEYE detectors; eight stage options include rotating and temperature stages, capillaries and an autoloader. It supports operando battery work and PDF analysis.
