Bruker ELEXSYS-II includes E500 CW, E580 pulsed/CW, 94 GHz E600/680 and 263 GHz E780 systems, with sensitivity to 1.0 × 10⁹ spins.

ELEXSYS-II is Bruker's EPR research platform spanning several frequencies and experimental modes.

The X-band E500 performs continuous-wave (CW) measurements with sensitivity of 1.0 × 10⁹ spins and a 3000:1 weak-pitch signal-to-noise ratio. It offers up to 256,000 sweep points, 32-bit amplitude digitization, an 8 ns/14-bit transient recorder, 10 mG/h field stability and modulation from 100 Hz to 100 kHz up to 20 G.

The X-band E580 supports pulsed and CW experiments, optional Q-band SuperQ-FT and a separate W-band E680 model. SpecJet-III detection has 1 GHz bandwidth and 0.5 ns response; SpinJet-AWG II generates arbitrary pulses at 2.0 GS/s, 14 bits and 0.5° phase resolution. Techniques include FT-EPR, electron spin echo, ESEEM, 2D HYSCORE, pulsed ENDOR, DEER/ELDOR, SECSY, EXSY and laser-triggered experiments.

The 94 GHz W-band E600/680 uses a superconducting magnet with 6 T main and 0.2 T decoupling sweep coils, a single-mode resonator and 100 mW, 400 mW or 2 W microwave power. A 90° pulse takes 40 ns at 100 mW or 16 ns at 400 mW. TeraFlex covers 4–300 K; CW, FT, ELDOR and ENDOR are supported. The 263 GHz E780 is described by Bruker as the highest-frequency commercial EPR spectrometer. Xepr controls the platform.
