MPA III

Four sampling options on one FT-NIR platform: cuvettes, integrating sphere, fiber probes and external transmission.

MPA III combines up to four sampling modules, InGaAs detectors, ten-year RockSolid warranty and validation tools for regulated labs.

MPA III is a modular multi-purpose FT-NIR for both complex calibration development and routine QC. One platform can hold a cuvette compartment with optional heating and automated background, an integrating sphere with sample rotation, up to two different fiber probes for solids and liquids, and an external transmission module with a sample wheel.

For regulated laboratories, an internal reference/filter wheel supports automated qualification with BRM 2065 or other standards, plus external SRM 1920, SRM 2065 and Labsphere references. OPUS Validation Program supports USP, JP and Ph. Eur. guidelines. Validated OPUS supports 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP through user management, complete audit trails and protected databases.

The RockSolid interferometer moving parts and solid-state laser have a ten-year warranty. Online diagnostics continuously monitor optical components. Methods transfer to similarly equipped Bruker systems, including online installations. Applications include food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, petrochemicals and polymers.
