S2 PUMA

Versatile benchtop EDXRF from carbon to americium with five sample-loading options.

S2 PUMA covers Na–Am (C–Am with HighSense XP), with 50 W tube, Peltier-cooled SDD and up to 20-position autosampling.

S2 PUMA is an upper-range energy-dispersive XRF for multielement analysis from sodium to americium, or carbon to americium with HighSense XP, from trace fractions to 100%. Its Peltier-cooled silicon-drift detector needs no liquid nitrogen.

Five atmospheres—air, vacuum, helium, reduced-pressure helium and nitrogen—adapt measurements for light elements and liquids. Loading choices include single position, 20-position XY changer, 12/18-position carousel, mapping stage for samples to 152 mm and conveyor/robot integration.

TouchControl includes a touchscreen and Russian interface; SPECTRA.ELEMENTS handles analysis. Options include SMART-QUANT FP for standardless results and AXSCOM for LIMS.
