S6 JAGUAR

Wavelength-dispersive XRF resolution on a bench without an external chiller.

S6 JAGUAR covers F–Am using a 400 W tube, up to four analyzer crystals and 24-position EasyLoad.

S6 JAGUAR is a benchtop wavelength-dispersive XRF for industrial and research elemental work, designed for plug-and-analyze installation. WDXRF resolves lines better than EDXRF and supports light elements from fluorine through americium.

Up to four crystal positions can hold XS-55 for F–Mg, PET for Al–Cl, LiF200 for K–U or other crystals. An internal temperature-control unit eliminates an external water chiller, and a vacuum pump is included. SMART-QUANT WD provides fundamental-parameters standardless analysis; GEO-QUANT Basic serves geology. Uses include cement, food/feed, glass/ceramics, materials, metals, mining, petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals.
