S8 LION

Measure up to 26 elements in parallel for continuous cement, mining and metallurgy QC.

S8 LION is a simultaneous multichannel WDXRF with 26 channels and an optional free-lime XRD channel for cement.

S8 LION is a simultaneous wavelength-dispersive XRF. Up to 26 fixed channels measure their assigned elements in parallel, yielding results in seconds instead of stepping through lines. This suits high-volume process QC in cement, mining and metallurgy with stable element panels.

A dual-mode Multielement Channel handles elements outside the fixed channels from Na to U. The 4 kW version can add an X-ray diffraction channel for free lime in cement. A tube-above-sample layout with SampleCare protects the optics.

At 560 kg and 7 kVA, the unit requires cooling water and oil-free compressed air.
