SKYSCAN 2214 CMOS

Open nanofocus source, pixels from 60 nm and up to four detectors for multiscale 3D microscopy.

SKYSCAN 2214 CMOS resolves below 500 nm and supports scans up to 8000 × 8000 × 2300 voxels.

SKYSCAN 2214 CMOS is a floor-standing nanotomography system. Its serviceable open 20–160 kV nanofocus source can use a tungsten or LaB₆ cathode. Up to four field-upgradable detectors span broad views and high resolution; image pixels start at 60 nm and spatial resolution is below 500 nm for low-contrast objects. A granite air-leveled base isolates vibration.
